Standing proud among mature gardens, this nineteenth-century mansion posed a delicate challenge: how to introduce contemporary glazing without betraying a century of architectural memory.

The answer lay in restraint. Each new window was conceived not as an addition but as a revelation — frames so minimal they seem to dissolve, letting the original brick speak while quietly transforming the relationship between the interior and the sky. The result is a house that honours its past while breathing deeply towards its future.
