How the Express service works
Describe your situation and the date you absolutely must be delivered by. Julien calls you back, assesses feasibility and offers an express quote. If accepted, manufacturing and installation are prioritised: 3 weeks, 4 at the very most. The service comes at a price and is accepted at Pure Concept's sole discretion.
What we can deliver express
- Replacement of one or several aluminium windows.
- Broken sliding or French door.
- Glazing replacement on a compatible existing frame.
- Temporary securing before installation.
What is not express
Large bespoke sets, special lacquering and complete renovations follow the usual 6–8 weeks.
