01How the Express service works
Describe your situation and the date you absolutely must be delivered by. Julien calls you back, assesses feasibility and offers an express quote. If accepted, manufacturing and installation are prioritised: delivery in 4 weeks. The service comes at a price and is accepted at Pure Concept's sole discretion.
02What we can deliver express
- Replacement of one or several aluminium windows.
- Broken sliding or French door.
- Glazing replacement on a compatible existing frame.
- Temporary securing before installation.
03What is not express
Large bespoke sets, special lacquering and complete renovations follow the usual 6–8 weeks.
04Repair or replace?
A broken pane, a jammed sliding door, a French door that no longer closes, a leaking aluminium frame or a window forced after a break-in: before replacing, get the right diagnosis. On a recent system a repair — roller, handle, gasket, glazing — may be enough; on an old, single-glazed or warped frame, replacement is almost always the better decision, and the Express service makes it possible without waiting eight weeks. Do not force it: a sash of several hundred kilos off its track can break the glass. Secure the opening, send us a photo, and we tell you whether an adjustment, new rollers or a new frame is needed.
Yes. A single broken window or a single French door can be replaced, like for like or in a minimalist version, within the Express lead time if the situation requires it.
