House renovation in Brussels: light first, then everything else
You can simply entrust us with your windows. You can also entrust us with the whole renovation: in many of our projects the light calls for the rest — floors running to the garden, the kitchen opening up, insulation, electricity, finishes.
How we renovate
For every trade we bring in a specialist — joiner, screed layer, electrician, metalworker, kitchen maker — chosen because they are the best in their field. You have one point of contact, Julien, from the first drawing to the last handle.
What we take on
- Windows, sliding doors, pivot doors, railings — our core.
- Enlarged openings, lintels, masonry.
- Floors, kitchens, bathrooms.
- Insulation, electricity, integrated lighting.
- Coordination, planning, handover.

Cost
Every house is different: no price per square metre. After a first conversation and a visit, we quote trade by trade with a realistic schedule; typical durations run from three to nine months.
Our projects

Résidence Waterloo
Light pours through newly enlarged openings, settling softly on the herringbone parquet of this Brussels family home.

Ellie
A brick mansion transformed by minimalist windows that respect the classical façade while flooding the interiors with natural light.

Catherine
Exposed beams and panoramic glazing frame the Belgian countryside in a warm, contemporary embrace.
Frequently asked questions
- Do you work with my architect?
- Gladly — many of our sites are led with architects and interior designers.
- Is a permit needed to enlarge an opening?
- In Brussels a façade change often requires a planning permit; we guide you and prepare the technical documents.
- What if I only want the windows?
- That is just as possible — and often enough.
