Every house is different: no price per square metre. After a first conversation and a visit, we quote trade by trade with a realistic schedule; typical durations run from three to nine months.

A house renovation in Brussels usually takes one of three shapes: an interior renovation (opening the kitchen, floors, bathrooms), a glazed extension towards the garden — all glass and slim profiles rather than a classic conservatory — or an energy renovation: new windows, roof and wall insulation, ventilation, with the regional grants (Rénolution in Brussels, Habitation grants in Wallonia) whose conditions we point you to. We work in Brussels town houses, 1930s and 1970s suburban houses and Walloon Brabant villas — Uccle, Ixelles, Woluwe, Waterloo, Lasne, Rixensart.
